Megaterms is a self-extracting Windows help file that contains over 16,000 terms and acronyms used in conjunction with the military that has full text search capabilities. It is currently optimized for a SVGA display (1024x768) but will run on anything VGA or higher. The file, when uncompressed, takes approximately 1.3 Mb.
